Hotelmanagement (E) - Professionele bachelor

 

Hotel management is the training for executives in the hospitality business. 
It is an education in the management, organization and administration of such a company.
The program offers you an interdisciplinary development, aimed at a professional development
with a view to a career in the hotel industry, the food sector and/or facility services.
The general economic and business economics education consists of economics,
commercial documents and accounting, statistics, civil law and commercial law.
Specific vocational subjects in the 1st year are: French, English, German or Spanish,
technology of restoration and production, wine and drink knowledge, nutrition and dietetics, hotel organization.
In the following years, foreign languages will remain on the agenda, including restoration management,
hotel furnishings and equipment, hotel accounting, financial management of hotel companies,
hotel legislation, computer science, social and tax legislation, personnel policy.

For whom? 
A specific secondary education is not necessary. The program does not contain mathematics or
other sciences and no prior knowledge is required in the field of computer science and the fourth
language (Spanish or German)
.
